1. Building assessment
We review the existing equipment, operating problem, facility requirements, timing, access conditions and replacement objectives.
Thervex helps qualified commercial property owners, corporations, landlords and facility operators explore financing for eligible HVAC equipment, installation, controls and modernization projects. Financing can move an urgent replacement forward, preserve working capital and align project payments with the years in which the upgraded system delivers value.

A major HVAC project can compete with acquisitions, tenant improvements, inventory, staffing and other capital requirements. Financing provides an alternative to paying the entire project cost upfront. Depending on the lender, applicant and approved structure, eligible costs may include equipment, installation labour, controls, related mechanical components and defined project expenses. Thervex first develops a credible technical scope and project budget, then helps qualified clients move through the financing pathway. Credit approval, interest rates, term length, security requirements, deposits and eligible costs are determined by the financing provider.
We review the existing equipment, operating problem, facility requirements, timing, access conditions and replacement objectives.
Thervex defines the proposed equipment, installation requirements, controls, commissioning, exclusions and project delivery assumptions.
A commercial proposal establishes the expected project value and identifies the costs proposed for financing consideration.
The applicant provides the lender with requested corporate, ownership, banking, financial and credit information for assessment.
Approved applicants review available payment structures, term lengths, rates, deposits, security conditions and documentation requirements.
Financing documents and the Thervex project agreement must be completed before equipment ordering or field mobilization begins.
Once authorized, equipment availability, manufacturing lead times, delivery, crane requirements and site logistics are coordinated.
Thervex completes the approved mechanical scope, verifies operation, configures applicable controls and prepares project close-out information.
The client makes payments under the financing agreement while preserving capital for other operating and growth priorities.
